Keystone Wellness LLC: Cancellation Policy
Keystone Wellness LLC’s cancellation policy ensures flexibility while respecting the clinician’s commitment to providing quality service. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance incur no fees, allowing clients to reschedule via their client portal or directly with the therapist via email or text. However, cancellations within 48 hours of the session may result in a fee of $50.00. This policy enables your therapist to use the open hour to potentially rebook. I understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and I strive to strike a balance between flexibility and operational considerations. If sessions are cancelled day-of or without communication (no-show), therapist will reach out directly via phone and email to check in. Client will be responsible for the full cost of the hour session*, regardless of time in session. For Telehealth sessions: It is encouraged to ensure you have a strong internet connection, clear audio, privacy and not in a moving vehicle. If you are driving at the time of your appointment, your therapist reserves the right to reschedule the session for a safer therapeutic experience. Why? Simply put, I don’t want to witness you in a car accident or for you to be a distracted driver. For in-person sessions: It is encouraged to check traffic patterns and arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session.
*For Sliding Scale clients: Please keep in mind that failure to give cancellation warning 24 hours in advance will result in the late cancellation fee which is the cost of the hour ($120-$130), not your sliding scale rate.
